Thursday, January 28th, 12pm Your Voice Matters! Sharpen Your Voice & Impact in the State Legislative Session

Join the Sierra Club Utah to learn about how you can participate in the Utah Legislative Session, running from January 19th through March 5th, 2021. It is critical for the public to stay informed, take action, and participate in the democratic process to protect and improve Utahn’s quality of life. Webinar participants will learn how to track bills, connect with their legislators and navigate the virtual legislative session. This webinar will provide information on how to advocate for your organization and the environment. 

Thursday, February 18th, 4pm Understanding Waste & Recycling in Utah

Join Jason Utgaard from Momentum Recycling to learn more about where our waste and recycling goes in Utah. More information soon! 

Thursday, March 18th, 4pm Hands-on Strategies for Supporting Social and Emotional Learning Through Environmental Education

Join Estrella Risinger, Executive Director of the California Association for Environmental and Outdoor Education and to learn tips and tricks to best serve young people and support their social and emotional learning (SEL). During this session you will explore the intersections between SEL and EE and walk away with resources to use with students and program participants. 

Thursday, April 15th, 4pm Fundraising Tips & Tricks

Join Julie DeLong, Managing Partner at Pathway Associates to learn about fundraising for your EE organization. We'll discuss fundraising strategies for organizations large and small, including grants, unrestricted giving and major gifts.
