Happy Holidays from USEE

On behalf of USEE's Board of Directors and Staff, we would like to thank you for being a part of Utah's Environmental Education community this year!  As we reflect on 2006 and celebrate our 25th Anniversary, we are amazed by what this community has accomplished with environmental education efforts in our schools and through public education and outreach programs!

We especially want to  thank all of the individuals and organizations who have supported USEE this year,  participated and  found an enriching experience in our programs & services, and served with us to strive for excellence in Environmental Education in Utah!  We look forward to what the New Year will bring and are excited to continue to serve this community for another 25 years!

Check out some highlights from our 17th Annual Utah Environmental Education Conference and 10th Annual Benefit Bash & Awards Banquet!

Make LED light strings a smart, new holiday tradition
Advantages of LED holiday lights:
* Safe —produce very little heat; are cool to the touch
* Last longer — up to 10 times longer than standard incandescent light strings
* Durable — bulbs are hard to break
* Choice — are available in a wide variety of colours and for indoor and outdoor use – check with your local retailer for availability and selection

How much can you save with LED holiday lights?
While they cost a little more to buy, they use up to 95% less electricity and could more than pay for themselves in a single season.
